Where to find it

Open an account from the account search results, or follow a link from a transaction, contract, or payment method.

What you see

• The Account header: who the customer is, their reference, and the New Payment and Add Payment Method controls.
• The Account details: contact details, address and tags.
• Saved payment methods: the cards and bank accounts saved against the account, with an Active / Archived switch.
• Account transactions: every payment, refund and authorisation on the account, with outcome counts.
• Account contracts: the account's recurring and scheduled agreements and their status.
• Comments left by staff, and the Audit history: what has happened to the account over its life, when, and by whom.

What you can do

A communication shows the subject, who it was sent to and from, when it was sent, and the message content.

Things to note

• The actions available depend on your permissions — editing, claiming, and changing eligibility each require the relevant access.
• Some sections (such as linked accounts and communications) appear only for certain organisations.
• The arrows above the account (or the left and right keys) step through the other accounts from your last search; the same works between an account's communications.
• New Payment and Add Payment Method open the checkout inside the page; when it closes, the account's transactions and contracts refresh.
