Portal Structure

The Merchant Portal operates at two main levels:

Organization Level

  • Connected Accounts - View and manage all payment accounts within your organization
  • App Marketplace - Browse and install applications to extend functionality
  • Finance Marketplace - Access additional financial services and solutions
  • Teams - Manage user access across your organization
  • Billing - Control your Shuttle subscription and licensing

Account Level

Within each installed application or payment account, you can:

  • Dashboard - View your payment performance metrics and configure weekly email updates
  • Payment Configuration - Connect and configure multiple payment processors, customize your checkout experience, and set up sophisticated payment rules based on transaction amounts and currencies.
  • Activity View - Monitor all transactions and customer accounts in real-time. Track payment activity, manage customer records, and handle scheduled payments all from one centralized location.
  • Application Specific Pages - Different applications (like our Twilio app and Payment Links app) add additional pages specific to their functionality
