What is Cyclr

Cyclr is a solution allowing you to build business processes and application integrations that can then be rolled out to many merchants, in a uniform manner or customised merchant by merchant.

It provides all the power of Workflow Automation (see page on Workflow Automation), with the scalability of multi-tenancy.

Cyclr allows you to:

Design: Build "templates" (workflows) which can include integrations with many systems (like Shuttle) to deliver your desired functionality.
Customise: For every parameters for every step in a workflow, you can define what can be customised at a merchant level in each workflow.
Embed: Cyclr then provide a white-labelled iFrame where each merchant can connect to their Shuttle instance (and any other systems that are part of the workflow) and configure any parameters you have exposed.

Example Use Case

You're a customer contact center (or phone or online chat), and serve client businesses that need to take payment, you may use Shuttle's Twilio app for DTMF payments, but need a payment link solution to allow customer's to pay without sharing their card details, in addition to offering non card options like Apple Pay / ACH etc.
You run a network of car parks and need a solution when your onsite point of sale card reader is not working. You need a payment link triggered manually (e.g. via the call for help button) or automatically (eg SMS), shared with a customer and then some actions to be performed following payment, such as open of exit gate on registration detection etc
