Connecting Global Payments
Connecting to Global Payments uses API credentials issued by Global Payments. You will need the following details from your Global Payments account:
- Merchant ID
- Account ID
- Shared Secret
- Rebate Password
- Refund Password
Enter these details into the setup form.
Connection options
Our integration with Global Payments offers several options:
- Enable Multi Capture: Allows a payment to be captured in multiple parts. You must ask Global Payments support to enable Multi Capture for your account.
- Enable 3D Secure: Enables 3D Secure authentication on card payments. You must ask Global Payments support to enable 3D Secure for your account.
- Enable save cards: Allows customers to save a card for future payments using Global Payments tokenisation.
- Require address (AVS): Requires the customer to enter their billing address.
- Enable SEPA: Enables SEPA as a payment method. You must ask Global Payments support to enable SEPA for your account.
TipThe "Submit payments that cannot be authenticated" option only applies when 3D Secure is enabled. Turning it on submits payments that fail authentication, which accepts the additional fraud and liability risk that comes with them.
