Connecting InterProse
InterProse processes each payment against a specific debt. To process a payment
through InterProse, you must set the payment's alt_key to the InterProse
debtID being paid. Without this, payments will decline.
TipInterProse uses REPAY as its underlying payment gateway. Sandbox connections must point at test accounts, and live connections at real accounts.
Before you start
Request the following details from InterProse:
- Host — for example,
demo.interprose.com - API Key — typically a 64-character alphanumeric string
- Portal ID — typically a single word representing the company name
- Cards Destination ID — typically a 3-digit number
- ACH Destination ID — typically a 3-digit number
Connecting
-
Enter the InterProse connection details into the service provider form.

-
Shuttle validates the connection. On success it displays "Connected to Interprose Processor", showing the configured Host, Portal ID, Cards Destination ID, and ACH Destination ID.

Sandbox and live paymentsUnlike processors where Shuttle can enforce test payments in sandbox and real payments in live, Shuttle cannot enforce this with InterProse. Take care to connect test accounts in Sandbox and real accounts in Live. Shuttle will terminate any accounts found not following this practice (notice will be provided).
