PaySafe

Paysafe is an established global payment service provider and acquirer, offering merchants card processing, digital wallets, and a broad range of alternative and local payment methods through a single platform. It is particularly strong in North America and Europe and is widely used by larger and cross-border merchants, subscription businesses, and regulated sectors. Shuttle connects to Paysafe using your Paysafe API credentials, which you generate in the Paysafe Merchant Portal.

Payment methods

Through our Paysafe integration, merchants can accept:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and JCB
• Bank debits: ACH (US) and SEPA (EU)

ACH and SEPA are each enabled per gateway in the Paysafe connection settings, and must also be enabled on your Paysafe account. Refunds for ACH and SEPA are controlled by separate per-gateway toggles.
