Xendit

Xendit

Xendit is a payment service provider (PSP) focused on Southeast Asia, where it gives merchants a single integration to accept the region's most-used payment methods — cards, e-wallets, virtual accounts, bank transfers, and QR codes — across markets that are otherwise fragmented and hard to reach. It is licensed in several Southeast Asian countries and is a strong choice for merchants selling into Indonesia, the Philippines, and the wider region. Shuttle connects to Xendit using API credentials issued from the merchant's Xendit dashboard.

Where it operates

Merchants can onboard Xendit in the following countries:

Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.

Payment methods

Through our Xendit integration, merchants can accept:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and China UnionPay
  • E-wallets: Regional wallets such as GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go
  • Bank transfers and virtual accounts: Per-bank virtual accounts across the supported markets
  • QR codes: QRIS (Indonesia), PromptPay (Thailand), and DuitNow (Malaysia)

Card payments are processed directly through Shuttle. The alternative payment methods (e-wallets, virtual accounts, bank transfers, and QR) are presented on Xendit's hosted payment page, and each one must first be enabled on your Xendit account. The exact methods available depend on your account's country and Xendit configuration.
