Payment Links: Introduction
Shuttle Payment Links allows you to create and manage payment links that can be shared with your customers to collect payment. Payment links provide a secure, flexible way to accept payments without building your own checkout experience.
Here you’ll find information on:
- Getting started: how to sign up and use Shuttle Payment Links
- Multi-use links: how to create a static payment link that can be used multiple times
- Personalised links: how to create single-use payment links and build business workflows using them

Types of payment links
Section titled “Types of payment links”Shuttle offers two types of payment links to suit different business needs:
Multi-use payment links
Section titled “Multi-use payment links”Designed for low or no code, these are reusable payment links that can be paid many times with the same configuration. You set them up in the Merchant Portal under Configure > Payment Links. They’re ideal when you need a permanent payment link that can be paid many times by the same or different people, for example a static link on your website, in an invoice template or on a printed QR code.
They’re also a quick way to start collecting payments from customers within minutes.
Personalised payment links
Section titled “Personalised payment links”These are payment links for one customer and one payment. Your staff can create them in the Merchant Portal: select Payment Links in the menu, then Create a Payment Link. You can also create them automatically, with Shuttle’s API or with workflow automation tools such as Zapier and Make.com. See Personalised links.
Multi-tenancy
Section titled “Multi-tenancy”Payment Links is designed from the ground up for multi-tenancy, so it can be used by a single merchant or in a multi-tenant environment.
Multi-tenant environments include:
- A software platform (for example SaaS) with many merchants, each taking payments through a different payment provider
- A solution provider, selling the same solution to many merchants
- A system integrator, with many clients using bespoke solutions that include payment links
If you run a software platform, see Shuttle for Platforms.
