QuickBooks app: Introduction

The Shuttle app for QuickBooks Online puts a payment link on your QuickBooks invoices, so your customers can pay online through the payment provider you choose. When they pay, the app records the payment back in QuickBooks against the invoice.

With the app you can:

• add a payment link to every invoice, with the invoice number and amount filled in
• let customers pay part of an invoice
• record payments in QuickBooks automatically
• get an email when a customer pays

You manage the app from QuickBooks, or at app.shuttleglobal.com/c/setup.

The app has a free plan. Shuttle charges no per-transaction fees on any plan, and your payment provider charges its own fees as usual. See Plans and billing.
