# Veem test cards

> Test card numbers and other details for Veem's sandbox, and the result each one gives.

Use these details to try payments in a Veem sandbox (test) account. They work only in the sandbox: never use them in live, and never put real card or bank details into a sandbox.

You need an account on Veem's sandbox at [sandbox.veem.com](https://sandbox.veem.com). Veem only lets in IP addresses it has approved: if the page shows a Permission Error (403), email the Client IP and Ray ID it shows to Veem at clientservices@veem.com.

These are Veem's test details, not ours. They were copied from Veem's [Sandbox Environment Quick Start](https://developer.veem.com/docs/sandbox-environment) and [Get Payment Status](https://developer.veem.com/docs/get-payment) pages on 19 October 2026, and were correct on that date as far as those pages show. Veem can change or withdraw them at any time, and we can't confirm that they work. Check Veem's pages for the current details, and ask Veem if one doesn't behave as described.

## How to choose a test result

- You set the result yourself: turn on **Test Mode** on the **Transactions** page of your Veem sandbox account, then move the payment to the status you want (see Veem's [Sandbox Environment Quick Start](https://developer.veem.com/docs/sandbox-environment)). There are no test bank accounts or trigger amounts.
- We keep the payment pending while it is Sent, PendingAuth, Authorized or InProgress. Move it to **Complete** to see it approved here, or to **Closed** to see it fail.

## Veem network payments

Veem doesn't publish test bank accounts. Sandbox accounts don't ask for bank details, because Veem adds them automatically, and every sandbox account is already verified.

Instead of using test details, you move a payment through its statuses yourself in the sandbox:

1. In your Veem sandbox account, go to the **Transactions** page and turn on **Test Mode**.
2. Use the ellipsis menu on the payment to move it to the status you want to test.

We record a Veem payment as pending until Veem confirms it is complete, so move the payment to **Complete** to finish it. Veem's payment statuses are:

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Sent | Sent to the payee |
| PendingAuth | Waiting for Veem to authorise it |
| Authorized | Authorised and ready for processing |
| InProgress | Started; the payee receives the money shortly |
| Complete | Complete: the payee should have the money |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by the payer |
| Closed | Closed by Veem, at the payer's or payee's request or because of an error |
