# Transbank test cards

> Test card numbers and other details for Transbank's integration (test) environment, and the result each one gives.

Use these details to try payments in a Transbank sandbox (test) account. They work only in the sandbox: never use them in live, and never put real card or bank details into a sandbox.

Transbank's test environment is called the integration environment. Transbank publishes ready-made integration commerce codes for each product (Webpay Plus, Webpay Plus Mall, Oneclick Mall and others) and a shared API key secret on its [Cómo empezar](https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/documentacion/como_empezar#ambientes) page: use the ones that match the product you set up in [Connecting Transbank](/payment-providers/transbank-connect/).

:::note[Where these details come from]
These are Transbank's test details, not ours. They were copied from Transbank's [Cómo empezar](https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/documentacion/como_empezar#ambientes) page (in Spanish) on 19 October 2026, and were correct on that date as far as that page shows. Transbank can change or withdraw them at any time, and we can't confirm that they work. Check Transbank's page for the current details, and ask Transbank if one doesn't behave as described.

## How to choose a test result

- The card number sets the result ([Cómo empezar](https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/documentacion/como_empezar#ambientes)). We send the customer to Transbank's Webpay page, so you enter the card details there, not in the checkout.
- Use the integration commerce code that matches the product turned on in the Transbank connection here: **Enable Webpay Normal**, **Enable Webpay Mall** or **Enable OneClick Mall** ([Cómo empezar](https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/documentacion/como_empezar#ambientes)).
- When Transbank's page asks for a RUT and password, enter RUT `11.111.111-1` and password `123` on that page ([Cómo empezar](https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/documentacion/como_empezar#ambientes)).
- On the next page, Transbank's bank simulator asks for the result: our own tests enter `Aceptar` to approve and `Rechazar` to make the payment, or the OneClick card registration, fail.
- The Redcompra cards work only where the payment accepts Redcompra debit: choose debit on Transbank's page ([Cómo empezar](https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/documentacion/como_empezar#ambientes)).

## Cards

Transbank gives these cards for Webpay. Use any expiry date, and the CVC shown in the Notes column. If an authentication form asks for a RUT and password, use RUT `11.111.111-1` and password `123`. Our own tests with Transbank's integration environment use a future expiry date (the current month, next year) and CVC `123` with the Visa card, for both Webpay and OneClick.
