The Shuttle Merchant Portal is where you manage your payments: connect your payment provider, see every payment, refund and customer, create payment links, and manage your team. Merchants use it with Shuttle's own products, such as Payment Links, the Twilio Pay connector and the QuickBooks app, and with accounts their software platform has connected to it.

**[Log in to the Merchant Portal](https://merchant.shuttleglobal.com/login)**, or sign up from the same page.

## Organisations, accounts and users

Three words come up throughout these guides:

- **Organisation**: your business. Your team, your Shuttle plan and your billing belong to the organisation.
- **Account**: an account with its own payment provider, branding and payment activity. An organisation can have several, for example a sandbox account for testing and a live account. The Merchant Portal lists them under **My Instances**.
- **User**: your login. One login can belong to several organisations, with a role in each.

## The menu

The menu has two levels: the organisation, and the account you're working in.

### Organisation menu

Open the menu under your account name to see:

- **My Instances**: the organisation's accounts. Accounts that belong to an application built with Shuttle, such as your software platform's, are listed separately under **Connected Instances**. Admins add an account here with **New Instance**.
- **Finance Marketplace**: other financial services for your business.
- **Team**: who can use the organisation, and their roles. See [Team management](/merchants/merchant-portal/teams/).
- **Edit Organisation**: the organisation's name and website, security settings, plan and billing. See [Billing](/merchants/merchant-portal/billing/).
- **My Organisations**: switch to another organisation, or create one with **Add Organisation**. See [Multi-tenancy](/merchants/merchant-portal/multi-tenancy/).

Under your name, **Edit** changes your own details, such as your email address, phone number and multi-factor login, and **Sign out** logs you out.

### Account menu

Inside an account, the menu shows:

- **Dashboard**: anything that needs your attention, and your performance over the last 28 days. See [Activity view](/merchants/merchant-portal/activity-view/).
- **Activity**: every transaction, customer and scheduled payment. See [Activity view](/merchants/merchant-portal/activity-view/).
- **Payment Links**: create a payment link for a customer, or share or take a payment on one of your multi-use links. See [Payment Links](/merchants/payment-links/intro/).
- **Configure**: the account's settings, in sections:
  - **Payment Processing**: connect and configure your payment providers. See [Payment processing](/merchants/merchant-portal/payment-configuration/).
  - **Payment Links**: turn on personalised payment links, and set up link generators and multi-use links.
  - **Branding**: your company details, logo and payment link address on your payment pages. See [Link branding](/merchants/payment-links/branding/).
  - **Voice Payments**: take payments over the phone with Twilio or Telnyx.
  - **Account**: the account's name and currency, email receipts and notifications, webhooks, API keys, sharing, and deleting the account.
- **QuickBooks Configuration**: shown for accounts using the QuickBooks app. See [QuickBooks app](/merchants/quickbooks/intro/).

What you see depends on your role and your plan. For example, only Admins see the **Branding**, **Voice Payments** and **Account** sections. See [Team management](/merchants/merchant-portal/teams/).
